Almost every product on NewVail is delivered automatically the moment your payment confirms — usually within 30 to 60 seconds. A handful of manual-fulfilment items are marked as such on the product page and are delivered within two hours.

Your credentials, keys or codes appear in the secure checkout portal immediately after purchase and are also emailed to the address you provide at checkout.

Out-of-stock items keep their product page live so you can see the specification and pricing. Most restocks land within 48 hours, and our Discord announces every restock as it happens.

Checkout is handled by our secure payment portal, which accepts major cards, PayPal and a range of cryptocurrencies. NewVail never stores or sees your payment details.

No account is required on this site. You browse here and complete the purchase in the checkout portal, which only needs a delivery email address.

Every product carries a warranty for the period shown on its page. If an account stops working or a key fails to activate within that window, we replace it free of charge.

Because digital goods are delivered instantly, refunds are issued where a product cannot be delivered or cannot be replaced under warranty. Full details are in our refund policy.
