Refund Policy

1. Overview

We strive to provide high-quality products and services.

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are granted at our sole discretion.

2. Eligibility for refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Verified technical issues that prevent the software from functioning and cannot be resolved
  • Undelivered products or services beyond the stated delivery timeframe
  • Proven unauthorised or fraudulent purchases
  • An account delivered with credentials that do not work on arrival, reported before any change is made to it

3. Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Use on unsupported or incompatible systems
  • Personal circumstances or change of mind
  • Compatibility issues despite meeting stated system requirements
  • Account suspension or termination due to rule violations

4. Accounts and other credential-based products

Accounts, ranked-ready logins, skin accounts and similar products are checked before delivery and are considered used as soon as the credentials are viewed.

  • Once the e-mail or password on a delivered account has been changed, it can no longer be verified or returned, and no refund is possible.
  • Any problem with a delivered account must be reported within the warranty period stated on the product page, before the account is altered in any way.
  • Where a valid claim is made within that period, we will replace the account first. A refund is offered only where no replacement is available.
  • Bans or restrictions resulting from how an account is used after delivery are not covered.

5. Refund process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team via the official Discord server
  2. Provide your order details and a clear explanation of the issue
  3. Allow up to 5 business days for review and response

6. Important notes

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Partial refunds may be issued depending on usage and circumstances
  • Payments settled in cryptocurrency are refunded at the value received, not at the rate on the day of the refund

7. Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.

Changes will be posted with an updated effective date.
